Monarch butterflies are important pollinators. But why else should we work to conserve these striking orange insects? Come learn all about Monarchs, and ways to get involved. Go for a short guided hike looking for Monarchs.
All ages are welcome. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please dress appropriately for the weather, wear SPF but please do NOT wear bug spray.
Don't forget to bring a large full water bottle.
Please meet at the picnic tables in front of the house at Gatewood Preserve.
Directions: Please drive through the gate at Gatewood Preserve. Follow the driveway down and park in front of the house.
