In conjunction with CCPR's Therapeutic Recreation division, the Battle Creek Cypress Swamp Nature Center will be hosting an after-hours open house for members of the community with special needs on Wednesday, June 1st from 5-7pm.
The nature center will be open and therapeutic rec will be bringing crafts. We will need volunteers to help interpret exhibits in the nature center, lead nature hikes, facilitate live animal meet-and-greets, and help with crafts as needed.
