For people who want to find out more about volunteering through our Calvert Stewards projects, discover what it means to be a Calvert Steward, and learn about the opportunities that are happening throughout the year.
We encourage everyone who might be interested in our projects to attend. New and returning volunteers will gain insight into the recent volunteer activities. Current volunteers can share their experiences and make recommendations for the future.
Refreshments will be provided.
Some activities are suitable for families. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
This training will also introduce the City Nature Challenge and using the iNaturalist app and web site.
BRING: A smart phone or wireless-enable laptop. Having your charging cords can be helpful.

Who are Calvert Stewards? They are the volunteer corps of the Calvert Nature Society and the Calvert County Natural Resources Division.
