QUALIFICATIONS: Complete two surveys and submit data forms to Jason Avery. Along with doing surveys, a minimum of 15 hours per year must be recorded through this opportunity. Qualifications will be reviewed each January.

WHAT TO DO
- Volunteers visit locations throughout the county to conduct thorough searches to document all dragonflies and damselflies found during the survey.
- Photograph and identify the dragonflies and damselflies and submit observations through iNaturalist, which will be included in the Dragonflies and Damselflies of Calvert County project (https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/dragonflies-and-damselflies-of-calvert-county)
- Completed survey forms are submitted to Jason Avery.
- When you record your hours, include the survey locations in the description.

This is a self directed opportunity.
Our focus is on the county nature parks, but any Calvert County record is valuable.
