For Volunteers, Ages 10 and up, under 18 with adult
Accompany the naturalist into the swamp as he checks nest boxes. Come lend a hand and learn how you can help with this project. Be prepared for a 1 mile moderately strenuous hike through the swamp while wearing chest waders that we provide.
Volunteers only need to attend one training before being qualified to monitor at this location.
If you would like multiple members of your household to attend this training, please respond as a TEAM; however, please limit future nest box checks to no more than 3 people at a time in order to minimize impact on nesting birds and the habitat.
