Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Volunteers over 18 may be subject to a background check.

The Maryland Osprey & Nature Festival is a community family friendly event dedicated to the values of “Education/Conservation/Celebration!” Help us celebrate the seasonal return of our charismatic Ospreys; educate the public, agencies, and landowners to foster an attitude of co-existence with nature; and work to increase conservation awareness throughout the Chesapeake Bay region.
April 1, 2023, from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM in Lusby, Maryland at the Drum Point Club, a beautiful natural location where the Patuxent River meets the Chesapeake Bay.
Special Skills: Must enjoy interacting with the public and working with children
