Our 2022 Annual Reports highlight our accomplishments for the year. The contributions of all of our volunteers, financial support from the Calvert Nature Society and the staff support from Calvert County Natural Resources Division have made quite an impact in Calvert County!
Over 100 volunteer contributed 6,607 in 2022. The pandemic restricted our ability to offer trainings, workshops and appreciation events, yet, the Galaxy Digital web site proved to be very effective in promoting volunteerism. See the impact that you've made in our community!
The dollar value of our volunteers was $216,842. The hourly value of volunteers was calculated at $32.82 (https://independentsector.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/Value-of-Volunteer-Time-by-State-2001-2021.pdf)
